Rooms have been reserved at two hotels in downtown State College. Transportation will be provided to and from the following hotels and the venue (30 minute drive).

Our primary hotel block is the Nittany Lion Inn, a historic hotel built in 1931.  Rooms are available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Reservations can be made online or by phone (814) 865-8500.

A second hotel block is available at the Scholar. Rooms are available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Reservations must be made before July 18, 2025. Parking is available at the Pugh Street Garage for $15 a day.

Ways to get there

by bus

The MegaBus runs to State College from Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and New York. This bus drops you off in downtown State College, walking distance from the Nittany Lion Inn and Scholar.

by train

Amtrak trains on the Keystone Line run once a day to Lewistown, PA which is 45 minutes away from State College or multiple times a day to Harrisburg, PA 1.5 hours from State College.

by plane

There are a few regional airports that you can fly into that are varying distances from downtown State College: University Park (10 min), Altoona (45 min), Johnstown (1 hour), Harrisburg (2 hr), and Latrobe (2 hr). Flights to the regional airports tend to be expensive and limited. Larger like Pittsburgh or BWI will be cheaper.
